Provided by Rite Aid, flu shots will be made available to both church members and the community. Those that want to participate will need to bring their insurance card or pay $31.99 for the shot. Financial assistance will be provided to church members that does not have insurance or the financials means. Jesus used everyday things to teach important truths and this curriculum will too! Age-appropriate, fun gizmos lead kids straight to the heart of a Bible lesson and make it easier to remember.

Adult Class: GENESIS, led by Terry van den Heever

We will begin in the beginning. Terry van den Heever will lead a new Sunday school class on the book of Genesis. Join us as we embark on a journey to explore this narrative filled with joy, sorrow, excitement, suspense, and timeless eternal truths.

School has started and we ask the children and youth to bring their backpacks to church on September 11. A special prayer and blessing will be given for the children and youth for the school year during the 10:30 a.m. worship service.

Please join us for our Annual Fall Festival and Cook Off Extravaganza. Bring a favorite fall crock-pot dish to share. Salads, fall drinks, and apple cider donuts will be provided. Come bounce around in a Bounce House, get your face painted, bob for apples, get your picture taken in a fun fall photo booth, and enjoy other fall activities! Learn about Sunday School opportunities for the year! Don’t miss it! Please sign-up in the gathering area if you are bringing a crock-pot dish so that we can plan accordingly. Backstretch Kids Summer Camp

On Saturday, July 29, we will be spending the day with the children of the Saratoga Race Course backstretch track workers. Throughout the day we will provide childcare, VBS lessons, and snacks/meals. Please consider spending part of your day with us – a few hours in the morning and/or the afternoon. There are almost 30 children this year, and we need as many people as possible to help. There is a sign-up sheet in the gathering area. Please contact any Mission Team member if you have questions.

Every July the village churches join together for an Ecumenical Worship Service. All participating churches contribute to the service, beautifully exemplifying our unity in Christ. Come take part in this opportunity to worship with our extended church family. This service will be held at First Presbyterian Church (22 West High Street).

Join us for fellowship and breakfast at 9 am on Sunday, September 9 for our annual Sunday School Breakfast.
