The Ballston Area Clergy Association is a ministry of six churches in the village of Ballston Spa: Alliance, Baptist, Episcopal, Methodist, Presbyterian and Hope Church.
In April of 2009, this Community Assistance Fund was created to pool our resources to better serve families in times of financial crisis. The fund serves families living within the Ballston Spa School District by helping pay for rent, utilities, car repair, and more. In 2015 we received and distributed over $10,000.
All sponsoring churches have application forms available. Forms are submitted to the church on call which rotates every 2 months. BACA application form 2018 (updated September 2018)

Gifts to the fund are tax deductible if they come in the form of a check made out to “Ballston Area Clergy Association.” 100% of all gifts go directly to families in need. They may be mailed to First Presbyterian Church of Ballston Spa, 22 West High St. Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
